Whether you join us for a weekend, week or even longer, our cozy cabin will be your perfect respite any time of the year. The cabin is located on the same property as our farmhouse while still secluded in a tranquil wooded area, giving any guest plenty of privacy. Rustic, not luxurious, it is well-appointed and full of charm.

Less than a mile from the beach, easily accessed on bike or foot!

 

The structure is an old vacation cabin, one room with a full size futon couch which also serves as the bed. In the main living room there is one sink; a separate room houses the shower and toilet.  We provide all linens and beach towels. While there is no stove, we do supply a coffee maker (and the coffee and tea), microwave, toaster oven, outside grill and mini fridge.   In addition to the shower indoors, there is a beautiful outdoor shower (with hot water) attached to the cabin-a wonderful experience!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch overlooking the gardens and property, walk or ride bikes (we have two for guests to use) to the town beach or fishing areas a mile away.  We have beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

You are welcome to enjoy the main property’s gardens and hammock.

Your host, Peter, is well know for his culinary delights.  Guests are invited to order dinner (delivered or served) or an artisan bagged breakfast or lunch from our on site food menu.
